Buying at Shows
We attend a number of Wargames shows throughout the year and there are a number of things you need to know about how we sell at shows which are explained here.

Visiting our workshop.
The Beast is open pretty much 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays thrown in too. Caution! If you are thinking of coming to visit us PLEASE call first as we are notoriously work-shy fops and may not actually be in .

How long?
Please be aware that although we try our utmost to turn around orders as soon as possible, often on the day after they arrive, sometimes we need to cast to order. Also we attend many shows and run many events around the country and so may be away from the workshop for a few days. All this means that it may take us a couple of weeks to dispatch your goods. If your order is for a birthday or special event or you need it in time to paint for a tournament PLEASE let us know when you order and we will make sure it gets to you in time. Also Christmas orders need to be placed as soon as possible. If we are waiting for one of our suppliers for an item that is not made here in our workshop (such as WAB Books, Resin items or paper products,) we will send you what we can and the rest will follow as soon as the restock arrives.

Most orders are posted within a few days of placement although you should allow 28 days for your order to arrive.
